No. 1. Alonzo x Ecoffey
One of my favorite things to do is inviting friends over and hosting! Because we live in The San Gabriel Valley, it is only natural that whoever comes will want either dimsum, dumplings or hot pot. We opted for an afternoon Dim Sum date with our friends Kevin and Lois + kiddies at NBC Seafood. We love to welcome people into our home while catching up over good food!

No. 2. Chinese Cucumber Salad
Because I wanted ice cream and convinced myself I didn’t deserve it, I opted to make this Chinese Cucumber Salad and boooyyyyy, I am glad I did!! Refreshing, savory and crunchy!
Heres my IG reel of me making it!
Craving something light and refreshing? Here is the recipe I followed! https://healthynibblesandbits.com/chinese-smashed-cucumber-salad/
No. 3. Looking into the Spring Real Estate Market
As The Holiday season and Lunar Near Year is behind us, I’m gearing up and preparing for the Spring Real Estate Market. The Market has still been a bit wonky the last few weeks but I do see more Buyers coming back into the Market as interest rates have settled some. Home Sellers are also realizing maybe holding on to their current home may not propel them into their next chapter so more properties are becoming available For Sale too.
No. 4. Its Valentines Day
Virgil got our daughter Millie the cutest purple unicorn and a book for her very first Valentines Day! Don’t worry! Millie got her dad a little something too. The cutest note with the cutest little feetsies!!

No. 5. Celebrating two birthdays
We ended our weekend by celebrating Millie’s two cousins Hendrix and Paxtons birthdays at Luv2Play in Chino, CA. The infant/baby area for smaller kiddo’s was such a hit with Millie. Other small children loved it too.
